Next day we left the temple and went for the Gir. Gir is approx 160-180 k.m. away from the Ghela Somnath. There are two routes of going to Gir. You can go from the route of Amreli and you can also take a route of Gondal. The route of Gondal is a good route for travelling , you will get a direct highway of Junagadh. We took a route of Gondal. In this way you can also visit Virpur , Jetpur , khodaldham. There is a very famous temple of Jalaram Bapa in Virpur .This temple doesn’t take any type of donation. There isn’t any donation box at that temple. Jetpur is famous for the sarees. Sarees are been exported to the different countries. There is a temple of Goddess Umiya in Khodaldham. After reaching at Junagadh you have to take a route of Sasan Gir because you will not get a direct highway for the Gir. It takes approx 1-1.30 hour to reach at Sasan Gir. Sasan Gir is a sentury of lions. You will find Asiatic lions only in Sasan Gir. As we had to go to my uncle’s campsite which is situated at Borvav village of Gir , we took a route of Borvav. In the route of Sasan and Borvav you will find so many resorts and also campsites. Borvav village is approx 15-16 k.m. away from Sasan. Then we reached at the campsite.
Campsite , Borvav
The campsite is in the mango farm. You will find peace here. They provide tents to sleep. They provide family tents. The experience of tent is awesome. If you go there must have an experience of the tent. We stayed there at least 3 nights. At night you also get chance to hear a calling of Deer and foxes , and you also get a chance to see them. In summer you also get a chance to see the Lion. Sasan and Talala’s KESAR mangoes are very famous. At that night they arranged a Dhamal ( Dance of Siddi people ). We enjoyed a lot. Siddi peoples performed their traditional dance. It was so funny.

Next day we went Banej. It is approx 55.3 k.m. away from the Borvav. If you go through Una- Talala Rd it takes approx 1 h 37 mins. And if you go through Sasan - Talala Hwy it takes 1 h 43 mins. There is a temple of lord Shiva. This temple is located on the hill and in very dense forest. Banej is the only village where the voting has done 100%. Only the priest of the temple is belonged to that village. The old priest( Saint Narayandas ) of this temple was used lion instead of the bullock in his bullock cart. They served free food to the visitors.

Then we went to the Jamjir Water fall. It is 32 k.m. away from Borvav and 20-25 k.m. from Banej. This is the best place for photography. Some people say that this water fall is a small version of Niagara fall. The force of the water is very strong. We went the opposite side of the fall to play in the water. We enjoyed that.
Water Fall
The water is very chilled and also very clean. So many people were there to enjoy this. U will find so many stall of lemon water or lemon soda , food packets , fresh coconut water and also boil corn and many more. There wasn’t any changing room , but there was a small place which was covered by plastic and people used it as a changing room. Then we went at the Shree Shree Hari Ashram. Which is located in Talala. They used tier to make different things.
